Khushi ruko...( Wait) he caught her just in time and said," You didn't answer me!"
"Bolney ko kya hain! Hum ney bulaaya aap nahi aaye! Bus tho Viraj, Maanek, Sanjay aur...
"Sabney rang lagaaya?" Arnav finished for her!
( Whats there to tell! I calle dyou! You did not happen).
"Per aap ke baad!"( Only after you)Khushi said smugly!
"Kya? woh kaisey?"( Howzzz that?)
"...Aur nahi tho kya! Aapney hi tho sabsey pehley rang lagaaya hum pey!" Khushi said to a surprised Arnav!
( Then what? You applied colour first to me)
"Kab?" ( when?) Arnav asked her.
"Subah! Yaad hain humney aapsey poocha ki humey sindhoor lagaya?" Khushi reminded him!
Arnav's eyes glowed as it dawned on to him how she tricked him into it!
( In the morning! Remember? You put sindhoor on me?)
"Oh yeah so that was my princess planning against me!" He said and swiped his left cheek on to her right transfetrring the colour! Khushi just savoured the rasp of his cheek on hers and closed her eyes as it kindled in her memories of the night before!
But as his hand left hers to go round her she slipped once again and started running towards the Majhla Dwaar and the shadow moved to traverse her path above the Dwaar when all of a sudden a guard appeared and seeing Arnav he simply stood back and as Khushi entered the Dwaar, followed by Arnav.
The guard closed the door and locked it!The shadow receded behind a pillar!

Nice update....loved the depth of Mann and Khushi's bond that u described....What was that marriage gift in bold letters....Anything that we have to note....i didn't get it ....
the marriage gift was a vig lakshmi... since they r planning to setup megha with deeptimaan, n she pulls hair in anger... :)

Tanmay, i got abt the gift. it's not that..the font size of those lines are larger than the rest..so i asked...is that of any imporatnce..or just font size...
The story is very well written.I love the every aspect of it either romance,story line ,intense dialogues and love triangle everything .Wish u best of luck.
Anu ..in the fist half when Khushi enters the dwaar and Arnav follows then some guard locks it up..mujhe woh samajh nahi aaya...if they were locked then how she was the rest of the family playing holi later and teasing Maan and megha..what did i miss ??

Dishu! Arnav took her out into the North section away from the crowd for privacy... but SheeshMahal has been security bound and the door was open as a lapse! When they entered back into the Dubki, the guard rectified by locking the door as its a breach of security! The shadow was lurking to get in through the open door into the Dubki actually but saw that Khushi herself was out and then the guard's presence altered everything! I hope I answered your query
